How ranking works
Every query word must match, with tolerance for typos. Exact term coverage ranks first, followed by weighted title, topic, summary, and source text matches. Recency adds up to 30% within that relevance tier and halves every year. Older entries are never excluded. Unknown dates receive no recency boost. Bookmark save times are unknown unless explicitly supplied.

Research coverage by publication month
Counts describe coverage, not theme prevalence. The catalog-only column remains an unknown for analysis.
